Our Leadership


Robert L. Dickie III is currently the Chief Executive Officer for Signature Management Team, a leadership development and event management company. Robert manages a world-class staff of over 65 employees who create leadership development materials and coordinate over 5,000 events per year throughout North America.

Upon graduation from college, Robert joined the Air Force in 1998 and was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant. He earned numerous decorations and promotions throughout his Air Force career while rising to the rank of Captain. As a Captain, he was the personal Aide-de-Camp to General William Bagert, Commander of the Pacific Air Forces. On many visits to Washington DC he met with members of Congress and Pentagon officials. He was in daily contact with the highest levels of US Government, foreign militaries, and civilian and industry leaders. This invaluable experience and insight into the operation of industry and government at the highest levels would prove to be extremely valuable in his current role as CEO of Signature Management Team.

Robert is extremely active in the community and is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization and Tennessee Letterman’s Association, Chairman of the Board of Kindred Spirit non-profit organization, President of All Grace Outreach non-profit and deacon at Berean Baptist Church. In 2001 he earned his Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering at the University of Arkansas.


Robert Cassidy is currently the Chief Information Officer of Signature Management Team, a leadership development and event management company. Robert manages a world-class staff of graphic artists and programmers who develop in-house cutting edge website applications for a customer base of over 60,000 users.

Robert began his career as a Mechanical Engineer for General Motors Corporation, where he designed material handling systems. He held the position of General Supervisor of Engineering when he left to begin his entrepreneurial interests. Robert opened Cassidy Trucking in 1993, secured in excess of $65 million in contracts and sold the company in 1995. Robert next opened his second company, LubeZone Corporation, a chain of interstate heavy-duty truck quick lube facilities. Robert developed the concept, wrote the original business plan, negotiated several strategic alliances, raised $5 million in capital, coordinated the construction of lube facilities and operated the company. Partners included Marathon Oil Co., Pennzoil Products Co., Baldwin Filter Co., Williams Detroit Diesel Co., Hamilton Tank Co. He sold the company in 2001. Robert currently owns TGL Inc., a software company with two web-based business products now on the market: Sermon Companion and Calendar Companion.

Robert attended Michigan Technological University where in 1983 he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, and in 1990 earned a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.


Kevin Thompson is the Chief Legal Counsel for Signature Management Team where he manages a legal staff and is the resident expertise in the following legal areas: intellectual property, copyright compliance, contracts, employment issues, legal research, corporate integrity and legal oversight of the company’s operatives.

Prior to starting law school, Kevin attended the University of Tennessee where he achieved his Bachelor Degree in Political Science. During his undergraduate years, Kevin was a highly decorated track athlete. He competed in the decathlon for four years and was able to achieve All-American honors at the 2002 NCAA Championship competition. In addition to his All-American honors, Kevin was a five time letterman, placed as high as 2nd in the SEC Championship meets, and was part of the 2001 and 2002 SEC Championship teams.

In 2005, Kevin graduated from the University of Tennessee - College of Law. In 2004, he was recognized and chosen as one of only four students at the entire College of Law to have an article published in the Tennessee Law Review. This is one of the most prestigious and sought after legal publications and extremely difficult to achieve.

Immediately after law school, Kevin worked for a prestigious law firm in Knoxville and pursued a career in litigation where he gained valuable experience in a variety of legal areas. Kevin’s competitive spirit and entrepreneurial nature had him contemplating his own practice when Team chose to pursue him as their in-house counsel. His prior dedication to athletics and education are reflective in his current professional endeavors and he is an ideal executive reflection of Team’s Corporate Culture.
